To restrict a distribution list in Exchange Server, follow these steps:
1. Open the Exchange Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Recipient Configuration > Distribution Lists.
3. Find the desired distribution list and right-click it to open its properties.
4. In the Members tab, remove or modify member permissions as needed.
5. In the Delivery Options tab, you can also set restrictions on where messages sent from this list are delivered.
