For 3rd party transfer we need to add the name of the party
into our account and after it will get approved by the bank
in 24 hrs u can proceed for the transfer.If the bank is same
it might take 10 mins as per the server load.If bank is
different it will take 24 hrs then.

It is purely based on server performance that depends on
the bank site.If the server load is very high the request
will be cleared in a sequential manner.

Here many criteria(Condition) should be answered ,
1) If sufficiant fund is there in the account and then 3rd
party transfer with same bank , within certain time, like
in some bank within 2:30 if we transfer the fund with same
bank , it will not take more than 5-10 mins, but if it is
not same bank then it will take 24 hrs.
2) Need to check the bank site is up or down.

It depends upon the Performance of that bank site. If there
is heavy load more than the expectd then it will be late.
If there is no any load then it will take less time.
