We are not getting build in mail, however we get the Test
Request mail that build is ready for QA and the location of
the build from where to extract.

fire to our dashboard that developers have given a build.
So, we can know from both ways in our company.

>>so that purpose we have central repositories in the company so that any new build is ready then the development team members are placed in the repository.

In Our organization, We received Build notification email from config team, This email contains the URL of the application, the other link which contains all environment details like DB, diff server names and details of other application which linked with your testing applications. Defect are also there which comes in this build.

As there are different builds for every version & any build can release to the client.I m using Excell sheet for Test Case writting.
