How does length and initial angle affect the period in a simple pendulum?
Answer / Mrityunjay Kumar
The period of a simple pendulum is affected by both its length L and the initial angle θ it is displaced from its equilibrium position. According to the equation T = 2π√(L/g)sin(θ/2), where g is the acceleration due to gravity, increasing the length or angle will increase the period of the pendulum.
