What is inventory/stock turnover ratio? What does it indicate?
Answer / Ajay Kumar Bhartiya
The Inventory Turnover Ratio measures how many times a company sells and replaces its stock of goods during a given period. It is calculated as Cost of Goods Sold divided by Average Inventory. A higher ratio indicates efficient inventory management.
