These consists essentially of a viscous suspension of finely
divided pigment in a fluid medium which dries to from an
impermeable film considerable hinding and covering power.
These are two categories of paints:-
(a)Oil paints
(b)Water paints
A good paint has a high covering capacity and it adhered
firmly to be original surface
