For a NMOS transistor acting as a pass transistor, say the gate is connected to VDD, give the output for a square pulse input going from 0 to VDD

For a NMOS transistor acting as a pass transistor, say the gate is connected to VDD, give the output..

Answer / Vinay Kumar Dhuriya

When the input of a NMOS transistor acting as a pass transistor is connected to VDD and the input goes from 0 to VDD (a positive square wave), the transistor will be ON for the entire duration of the pulse. The output voltage (Vout) will track the input voltage (Vin) and will also be equal to VDD, since the source terminal of the transistor is connected to VDD.
