Limitations of Joiner transformation in Informatica include:n
1. It only supports inner joins.
2. Complex logic cannot be implemented with built-in functions like CASE, IF, or WHEN.
3. It cannot handle self-joins.
4. Multiple joiner transformations might be needed for more complex queries.
