Can you differentiate between cheque and draft?
Answer / Braj Mohan Kumar
A cheque is a bill of exchange drawn on a bank by its customer to pay a specific amount to another individual or business. It can be encashed at any time upon presentation. A draft, on the other hand, is also a form of a bill of exchange but it's usually used for large transactions and it is not payable until a certain date. Unlike cheques, drafts are generally drawn by one party to another.
