I am a Computer science and Engineering undergraduate.I have 3.6 yrs of working experience in one of the IT company in India.I lost my parents.I would like to pursue MBA in USA.My brother-in-law will sponsor for my higher studies.Will this affect getting F1 visa?Please guide me.

My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhi friends ,i m rejected twice .reason for 2nd time i hae taken emergency date 2nd time. so is there any rule we have to not take emergengy once we had taken . and now i have to stand but vo told if u stand bfore 6 mont i will permanently reject u .

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?

Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by that university.. my Visa interview is on 19th.. my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters {mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any trouble if i say my brother is also studying there??? please friends i am waiting for your reply

I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3 backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march as i got admit from national university California in my memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in 2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6 months meanwhile
