Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to
do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA
I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by
that university..
my Visa interview is on 19th..
my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters
{mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or
what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any
trouble if i say my brother is also studying there???

Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... hello, i ent for an interview last week here in the Gambia, i got a good results and a strong bank statement and yet i was rejected. Cansular said i don have strong ties and that if i go to the U.S i would not come back. now my question is: what can i show or say to them in order to overcome my rufusal under ties.
