EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) refers to a private phone system that uses digital technology for communication. On the other hand, PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a telephone exchange serving a particular organization or company. The main difference between EPABX and PBX lies in the underlying technology; while EPABX uses digital technology, PBX can use both analog and digital technologies.
