Incase the First day is known, then we can use the Day attribute in Report filter, Attribute Qualification. with elements to be selected for 15days from 1st added in the In List.

If Customer wanted to see the 15 days of data based on current date We can create filter with value prompts.
For Example Fiscal date ID between Today and Today-15
Where Today and Today-15 are dynamic dates.
