At first check UI like all labels are present or not. Labels present in the page are aligned properly or not.
Next you can check Functinality of the page like flow is working correctly or not. Functionality is working correctly or not as per the requriements of the client or not like username should be 8 characters long only . Then check it is working or not ..etc.
