Rolling margin can be defined as a test conducted for a
steel of 1m length to check whether the manufactured steel
is coming according to therotical unit weight of steel.
Also this is to check between theoritical unit wt and actual
wt of steel. Practically actual wt should not be less than
the theoritical unit wt of steel.

Rolling margin is the weight of 1m reinforcement bar taken in order to calculate the over all weight of steel. This is done to find the weight difference of steel as per standard norms.
