Technical analysis is method of predicting the share price
movements with the help of price graphs or charts (along
with volume figures). Price movement is the only criteria
to predict future prices of stocks in Technical Analysis

Technical analysis is predicting the future behaviour of
the price movement of a particular stock on the basis of
past price trends.
Apart from price the other imp factor considered in
technical analysis is the volume of the trade.
Technical analysis beleives in foll:
1.Price discountws everything i.e demand , supply forces,
marketnews etc all factors are reflected in the price for
the given period.
2.Prices move in trends.
3.Trends are repetitive.

of investor in changes in the demand for supply of securoties.

Technical Analysis is one among the five parameters of the
Project Appraisal. In technical analysis we check the
technical feasibility of the project. For Example,
Machinary of the company, whether the machinary is
competent enough to face the market conditions or it is
obsolete, another example is location of the plant, whether
the plant is located at the feasible site with regard the
transport facilities, sismic conditions, etc.
