1.sequence number problem
2.Parameter file path
3.Persistence value, Etc...

1)You need to change the current value in sequence
generator.
2)When you use union transformation export and import may
not work at times
3)when u have used absolute path for source,tgt and
parameter file names it might be a problem.
4)Unix files exported might contain control m characters
