When the requirement doc is given the tester can prepare accepatance test plan.
when the functional specification is ready, the user can write
funtional testcases and when the highlevel design is ready , the tester can write integration testplan. based on the low level design(component design) the unit/component test cases can be prepared.(this is done by developers)
