I am on social security disability in the US. Will a K3 Visa be approved to bring my wife to the US? My social security income is above the income requirements for myself and my wife and I would not need the I-864.
MY HUSBAND IS AN US CITIZEN .HE HAS APPLIED CS1 VISA FOR ME IN US . I LIVE IN CHENNAI ,INDIA. MY VISA IS ON PROCESS.THEY HAVE ASKED FOR POLICE CLEARANCE FROM ME. IA HVE APPLIED FOR POLICE CLEARANCE IN CHENNAI FROM 1990 TILL DATE.I STUDIED IN A PLACE OUTSIDE CHENNAI WITH IN TAMIL NADU FOR 5 YERAS FROM 1995 TILL 2000.
