how the values be passed to prompts in report studio?
when a data item is dragged n dropped in to report, after
the default query generated first which sql will the query
query hit for processing means (native or cognos)?

Hi Friends,
In Cognos We have 3 Kinds of SQL's
1) Cognos SQL --Default in Report Studio, Frame Work Manager.
2) Native SQL
3) Pass Through SQL
The Default SQL is Cognos SQL why it is It can be used to
create New Query Subjects or Edit , change existed.
it cal hold multiple data bases Query where Data Source
Query can be used for that specific DB.

If you have a report with list and cross tab in the same page. How do you restrict one user can see only the list and the other user can see both.
