loads in room...

Whereas AC is a
system which deals
with maintaining
tempreture, humidity,
quality(purity) and
circulation of air in the
room taking into
account the heat loads
of the system...

Air cooler is just control the temperature of the air
Air conditioner is control the Temperature, density,
specific heat, thermal conductivity, expansion coefficient,
kinematic viscosity and Prandtl's number for temperatures
ranging -150 - 400 oC.
