I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both
the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm
applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work
abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in
India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long
leave). How do I convince the VO I will return back?

Hi All, My names is Raj. I've applied for my MBA in Business Administration for Jan Intake 2011. I have completed my computer science engineering in the year 2006 and worked for companies like monster.com(3yrs) & Dimdim software(9months) starting 2007 as business development executive. i got rejected my visa on 21june ..bcz i unable to give the aansewr about why dont you do ms in india ...i want to allpy again on this july 2nd week may i apply with in this short period and if he asked about why you rejected at last time? what should i have to give the answer?
I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
