Dear friends my Visa got rejected twice for fall admission
in a month, on 3rd june and 16th june, Can I apply again
for the same Fall semester, Actually apoinments are not
available and emergency slots are also not there for
students rejected twice in last six months, what can I do,
pls suggest??

hey....even mine was rejected for twice on may 28th n jun 10th. Actually, we can go for 3rd time for the same semester but the problem is dates availability.So, even i am waiting for the dates to get open.

what were your grades for your undergraduation?
HI im currently a third year engineering student. I wish to do an internship in a strategic electronics department which is kind off in collaboration with DRDO,(basically releated to defence projects). Would it cause me trouble in attaining a US F1 Visa. Also i wish to stay there for a couple years and work there. Please suggest what should be done for it.
I GOT 15 CERTIFICATES AROUND B-TECH WITH 70% ,I WANT TO DO MS IN US,IS ANY PROBLEM WITH CERTIFICATES.
I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.

I'm applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long leave). hi friends iam going to attend visa interview for F1 one 17th may and actually i had 9 baclogs which were cleard by next attempt, if they ask me how many baclogs did u have? then can i say that i dont have any backlogs if i say like that is there any problem most probobly they wont check our documents rt...let me knw whether i can do this are not..
