I applied for F1 a year back.Spouse name and DOB in F1 DS-156 is not matching with my currenct B1/B2 DS-156.is it a problem? Can any one please help me in comming out from this issue?Can this be a reason for VO in issuing me a 221g?

we planned our trip to us on june 15th 2009(booked the roundtrip ticket). we got an appoinment on june 8th 2009 for the interview.we can show all the documents clearly.but my doubt is only with the financial background.At present we saved 65000sr.could anyone say howmuch we have to show in our account for the interview or this money is enough.expecting a reply fast. thanks maya

I have both the C1/D visa and the B1/2 visa, which were granted on the same date and will expire on the same date. I no longer work for the airline anymore; will I still be able to use the B1/2 to enter the US? As a tourist? Thanks

I've applied 4 USA B2 visa with me, my wife n our 7 months old son. V both are govt. teachers n have movable property of 4 to 4.5 lakh n imovable 35 to 36 lakh n have sponser assurity with sufficient funds. Wat kind of steps should I take to clear the interview? My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? Need an opinion. My daughter is about 19 years old. She is studying in First Year Bachlor of Physiotherapy in Government Medical College. She has having her vacation in the month of July or August. Yet University has’t declare Vacation. Her vacation willl be only of 20 days. Upon invitation her uncle/cousin who is American Citizen, she wish to go to USA to see all our realtives and pleasure trip. Again I would like to inform you that My son is in USA on student visa ( Master in Publish Health course) We being a parents have 10 years multiple visitor visa( ( but not travel single time) Kindly guide me whether my daughter should disclose about her brother and parent’s visa or not. Would it be better for her to travel with us to USA Which will be the best option. In the case of younger applicants who may not have had aopportunity to establish such ties. Which types of documents should I produce in the Consulate General for the easy visa for my daughter. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
