my husband is on h1b visa and brother is on h1b visa .my husband told me to come on h4 visa but iam not interested to stay in u.s .so my brother is sponsering me to come on visiting visa so that i can convince my husband to return back to india. will i get visiting visa.

The period of expiry of my passport is less than 6 months i.e nov 2010 . Is it a problem for getting a US visitors visa?

I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa. In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? Thanks for the answers.
