if your Visa was refused they handed you blue paper which
below have said that "YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY AGAIN FOR
NIV. U.S LAW DOEST NOT RESTRICT REAPPLICATIONS. WE
APPRECIATE THE EFFORT AND COST TO YOU APPLY FOR A NIV.
THEREFORE, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU RE-APPLY ON (1) YOU HAVE
ADDITIONAL INFO. NOT PRESENTED AT THE INTERVIEW THAT
SUPPORTS A CLAIM OF NIV STATUS, OR (2) YOUR ECONIMIC, OR
FAMILY SITUATION HAS SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED, OR (3) YOUR
PURPOSE OF TRAVEL TO U.S HAS CHANGED.
BUT, DID NOT SAID IN THE PAPER TO WAIT MINIMUN 2 YEARS TO
RE APPLY..

hii frnz.. I got rejected b2 visa. I don't know the reason why? vo asked me who lives in usa? i ans. my brother. vo asked me wt do you do i ans. i am an agriculturist. last question he asked that what will you do in usa? i replied i am going to join my bro. for vacations. vo replied i am sorry i cant give u visa. i got rejection under section 214b. now i am going to reapply again. so plz tell me how to prepare for interview.

Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Now I want to renew my visa for further period of 5 or 10 years. I would like to know the procedure and required papers.
