Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa.
Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the
visa consoler.
My company is making arrangement to send me for second
interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in
checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt,
passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the
US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client
which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach
that plan document while giving the passport and other
documents to the consoler?

How can you assure that I will come back
I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. Anyone can kindly advice on what are the chances of getting US visa.

Can I see you Business/visiting card? 7. Who will look after your business in our absence (if you are a business man). 8. Do you have a credit card? 9. How many children do u have? And where they are? What do they do? 10. Do you have any relatives in USA? 11. How long will you be staying in USA? 12. Will you work there? 13. Will you come back? 14. How can you assure me that you will come back?
I am working in a big software company as a software engineer. Is it mandatory for US B-1 VISA to carry out the relieving letter of previoys company? I am asking this because i do not have relieving letter from my previous company. Is there any other alternative?
Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? I have made a mistake in filling my father's date of birth (actually I have put the year wrong, correct is 1952 and I have put in 1951 in the DS160 Visa application form. Will this have any implications on my B1 visa???

Hi all , Today i attended the US B1 visa interview in chennai and unfortunately got rejected .They questions which were asked to me was: 1.Where place you are going? 2.Why you are going? 3.How many years of experience you have ? 3.My annual income? i answered all the questions confidently but i feel that i got rejected because of my years of experience and my income.I'm a fresher and having just 8 months of experience ? Does experience and annual income matter a lot?
