Hi I am Dinesh, BCOM graduate have 3 years of experience in Logistics dept. Now i am joining to Tibco and company is sending me to US for trainning. They are saying it will be on B1 Visa bases.... I am new to this VISA word only and english is also very poor..... Can any one help me guiding me wt all questions consul-et asks and How to prepare for it?

Can anyone let me know , I have faced U.S consulate chennai in mid of this year . For B1 visa my agent has fraud me with the fake documents and I have committed and given them in written that the documents are fake . So I want to know that can I apply for the next tym again , there is no ban on my passport ? So please let me know I am going into depression by thinking about it .

Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? I also apply with in week again because it is very important event for me and my company can I get visa ? Please advice.
