Can you provide more information about what kind of visa you
were going for and why were you denied? You may not want to
waste your money if there is no chance of success in
February. I think sometimes agencies will send people to
embassy even though the work petition is almost over and the
embassy will not approve them.

Now she is in her way for the interview appointment. She will be accompany by my father for the interview since she is still a minor. If the US embassy grant her the Visa then she will going to travel by herself with the consent by our parents. Now we are planning to accompany her in her travel to USA. The question is, " what will be the VISA for us for accompanying my sister (a minor student visa) to travel in USA?"

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.
