What is the difference between buyer&employee in PO module?

In PO only buyer can create purchase order whereas employee
cannot create purchase order.
Employee should be defined as buyer to create Purchase
orders in PO.

In PO Module employee is nothing but a buyer, But all the
employees are not buyers.
Example : In a company/organization there will be many
employees, but only few employees act as a buyer.

In po module employee is requester who request for material
and also responsible for creating p.o. employee is nothing
but requester.
Where as
In po module buyer who prepares the purchase order. In any
organization only top employees are preparers.
we also called them as
employee : requester.
buyer : preparer.

Request For Buy Something For Enterprise
Where as
Buyer : In PO Buyer Can Create A Purchase Order According
To Requisition,Requested By The Employer

Buyer is also one of the employee in the company,he can
prepare the po by receiving the requisitions from all the
employees in the company.
Employee will put the request to the buyer what he is needs.

Employee can have access to raise requisition only.
Buyer can have access to create purchase order.
When ever we r defining the user,that time we should assign the buyer name also in user form,if we can select user name as a buyer in the user form, then that time employee can also act as a buyer .
