I will take classes in trapping enemies under emergency
conditions and how to tackle the terrorists.Then will
provide Technical knowledge about weapons,war
tactics,machines etc, as much as i can give to them and at
once i will get feedback from them and will do what they need.

Firstly, Organize groups and make competition with each groups.
Secondly, Select the best performer in different skills.
Thirdly, make them busy all the time to study or do
something useful for them, in order to avoid home sick,
drinking alcohol etc.
Fourthly, give recognition to performer and provide more
time and discussion with the non-performer to perform better
than the performer, so that none of them left at the bottom.

First of all, I will raise the morale of the unit troops, and inculcate them that you can win in any sphere of life if you really want to win.

I will get a deliberate interaction with all troops of unit, and request them how to enhance the capability of our men and unit. And have a brief discussion, according to their views, I will think that which points may be incorporated in the unit policy so that our unit will do well.

Some salient points, I will give emphasis to improve:-

(i) Upgraded Trg will be in regular basis.
(2) Enhance the new technology.
(3) Ensure the high morale of the troops.
(4) Ensure that troops must have adequate time for
their rest, for their healthy knowledge.
(5) Ensure timely leave.
(6) Opportunity to write application directly to the CO
whenever they get frustrated.

i will keep dicipline in unit & i force to thr mordenization of unit like mordenization of weapns,way of battle and improve their english to serve in hard conditions.
