First of all, I will raise the morale of the unit troops, and inculcate them that you can win in any sphere of life if you really want to win.
I will get a deliberate interaction with all troops of unit, and request them how to enhance the capability of our men and unit. And have a brief discussion, according to their views, I will think that which points may be incorporated in the unit policy so that our unit will do well.
Some salient points, I will give emphasis to improve:-
(i) Upgraded Trg will be in regular basis.
(2) Enhance the new technology.
(3) Ensure the high morale of the troops.
(4) Ensure that troops must have adequate time for
their rest, for their healthy knowledge.
(5) Ensure timely leave.
(6) Opportunity to write application directly to the CO
whenever they get frustrated.
