20MM THICK MORTAR=5*.2*.02=.02CUBIC METER
VOLUME OF VERTICAL JOINTS=5*2.5*.2*.2*.02=0.01CUBIC METRE
TOTAL=.03+ADD 30% WASTAGE=.039CUBIC METRE OF CEMENT MORTAR
