How can I change reports to another package???

Go to Public Folder in Cognos connection
Go to the current package that report is using
In front of the report click on the set properties icon.
In set properties page the last pane is package at the
bottom.
there click on link to a package. then select the new
package and ok.

Go to Insertable objects pane -> right click -> report package -> elect required package.
