i will tell about something
i am not refusing to others because of "do your duty
without attachment"that is bagavat geetha i have to follow
this proverb.

Normally IN any company different mindset people were working
so as a employee we should develop adaptability
skills. So that we can work with every one. why because
every person has some defect, so if we goes en refusing
the persons one day there will be no one.

well, i will nt like that person who does not have any
thought about the work and always depend on me. the person
must have potentiallity so that if i face some problem the
person can help me, the person can give his/her thought. it
does not mean thai i am not self dependent or i have no
confedence ,actually problems or bad days come any body's
life any time.

I have issues working with executives who give me a task,
know the compliance issues surrounding the procedure to get
it done, but refuse to conform and belittle me and others in
the process, being impatient, and asking every half hour
whether or not a task that takes three days to see results
is completed. I am one to follow through, I always do
things by the book without fail and expect my superiors to
not bully me into circumventing rules and sometimes
regulations just so they can brag to their clients about how
expedient they are!
