Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US
Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also
told me that I want some more information from ur HR and
give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of
weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper
(seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application
is not considered in ins....definition of specialized
knowledge professional why they are different etc.
My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u
receive any call in next 2 weeks.
Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please
answer...
Any idea what is this ?
Does this mean its a complete rejection ?
After how many days can I apply for another visa ?
Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the
chances ?
I would appreciate an answer...

no problem dear you can apply after 4 month from your rejection date , plz conetect to your HR and said to him regarding again appy D160 from.and get confirmation

Hi, I went for L1B visa interview last week and VO told me that you are qualified but apply for H1 or Indivi L1. and he has written as Not clearly approvable on I129. so if i apply again what is the success rate? and he has not given me any slip and DD return also!!
HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..
My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa.
