what happens when hot liquid falls on water and why? ..

Answer / ush

no you both are wrong .,., the answer is simple water has
BP of 100'c , now both mixes for huge temp difference like
100'c and 1300'c to 1500'c (for steel) so water directly
become water vapour in fraction of a second that look lyk
explosion.
