In primary markets, securities are bought by way of public
issue directly from the company. Secondary market is the
market where securities are traded after they are initially
offered in the primary market.

primary market is the market where the shares r issued for
the first time normally called as intial public
offering.where as secundary markets r the markets which
were already listed in share markets, they r issued as
bonus.
