its not called,,,its is the uncalled capital kept it for
future purpose
capital reserve is the portion of profit in the capital
nature,,,,

or retain for the future purpose, & capital reserve is that
part of profit earned from issued of capital and it can't
be ussed for paying companies laiabilities but can be ussed
for increase in assets
