In gram positive bacteria LPS layer,porins are absent and
they have high peptidoglycan conc. Teichoic acid is
present. They are sensitive to lysozyme amd penicillin.
Gram negative bacteria contain LPS layer and porins,but the
peptidoglycan conc. is low in them. They dont contain
teichoic acid. They are not sensitive to lysozyme and
penicillin.
