there are nearly 4k universities in United states...
in that from many univ dont ask for Ur gre and toefl score..
but the main thin here is for ur visa u need it...

if ur applyin for any college n if u get a i20 without gre
or toefl or ietls wat ever... then the college must b not
reputed so... the embessy guy thinks that u dont have
intrest to study.. jus apply for admission jus to study..

if u write gre and toefl then u can get addmisson
in good colleges and.. at the same time u can convience that
intervier...

I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?

Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

hi frnds this is naresh.i have some doubts on visa questions.i hv 72% in my B.tech,and 103 toefl score,1050 GRE.but i was spnsred by my uncle(not parents).Is there any chance to reject visa by this.pls let me out of this frustations by giving ur valuable suggestions.thank u

Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?

Do immigrant parents (They got green card just 6 months before) have great negative impact in getting F1 visa (student visa) when all other credentials are very good ? (I mean very good unergrad result, test scores, good financial strength in home country..)
