Hi Everyone, I discontinued my education in UK as my dad
passed away recently. My visa to uk is still valid. I was
just curious if this ,by any chance, considered a negative
point to the VO?

i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

Hello guys. I am going to have interview in US Embassy consular in our city. I have applied for MBA Programs in 6 schools and 3 of them accepted me. And now one of them is going to send me an I-20 next week. Currently, even if I am just a senior undergraduate student studying Computer Science, I am also a self employer who works with one of my friend in developing Software and Webpage. To tell you the truth, the reason I wanted to do my MBA is because I am eager to be a business man (just a self employer or latter a business owner). Even if I am just 22 years old, I have got the skills to communicate with people specially one to one in our mother language. So, I have the license from our government which shows I am a business owner. I have also a GPA of 3.4. since, the school didn’t ask me any kind of Tests , I didn’t take TOEFL or GMAT, but I scheduled GMAT for July 13 (which will be after my interview) My graduation date will be in August 5, i.e. I am going to the interview before I finish my class. To add another information, my father works for UN outside our home country, and he got paid a lot that will cover my overall expense. Hey gusy, even if I have all the true evidences I may be a little bit nervous at the interview. And I don’t want to lie any thing, because it will make me much nervous. So, what do you guys recommend me? As I told you I don’t want to lie (even if they asked me whether I have a relatives or not what I will say is yes because I have 2 uncles and 1 aunt there ). Do you guys recommend me to enter the Embassy after I took my GMAT test or when? Please guys tell me what real things to do to get the visa. Even if I am rejected I have a lot of plans here, except I am going to miss/broke up with my girlfriend who lives USA (in the state I applied). Thank you guys.

F1 visa rejected as i want to do mba(usa) but ,already done master of commerce (india),how should i convince visa officer ? i got admission in this spring at usa university for mba ,i have completed my bachelor of commerce and mater of commerce in india ,visa officer asked me why i want to do master again then i said that master of commerce is different from mba ,he said he is not satisfied with my purpose of going to usa and denied visa .session in which i got admision is starting on 25 jan 2010 and next session is from 29 march whose i20 university people are ready for sending me .if i will apply for current session again the i will get inerview date about 4-5 feb .how should i convince hime next time in visa interview for doing masters again ? also please tell me should i apply immediately for new date or should wait for some time for 25 jan session ?or i should apply for visa for 29 march session?please tell e how can i get visa this time ?please help me soon,how should i convice visa officer next time ?and should i go for 25 jan session again or i should apply for 29 march session with new i20 .also please tell me should i apply immediately for new date of visa interview or should i should wait for how much time ?
My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help
I have done my B.E in jan 2011 instead of completing in april 2010.i have 15 backlogs ,GRE score is 930,toefl score is 90, and with aggregate of 64% I played nationals while am studying my 12th.can you please suggest me when VO ask abt my backlogs.........
