So my question is that after every ip address [:] is used &
some number. 15.1.1.1{:11}... what is this colon & number
indicate.
Can anyone tel me this..!!!

these colon indicates the port no. which is assigned by the
window automaticaly for example 10.1.1.1:14 in this ip
address 14 is the source port no.

Hi,
In the above scenario {:11,:12,:13,:14) it is nothing but
indicating Subnetting.Like we have 0 to 255 networks in
subnetting.for example we take class A range of ip address
it ranges from 0 to 127 and this each range of ip address
can be divided into 0 to 255 Sub-Networks and this concept
is know as Subnetting .It is as 15.1.1.1:11 and it is 11th
subnetwork and it goes on in this manner
15.1.1.2:11..........................15.1.1.255:11.
You can get a clear picture if you understand the concept
of Ip Addressing which deals in Subnetting and Subnet in
Subnet.
