Why a Permanent Magnet Generator has higher frequency as compared to frequency of main alternator?
1990We say that if voltage in a power system is increased,for a constant power the current will decrease (by P=VI). isn't this in disagreement with the ohms law(I propotional V;resistant const.).Since the resistance of transmission lines remains constant,shouldn't inc in voltage cause inc in current across the transmission line? I have read many articles across the net but still couldn't this figure this out. :( Guyz plz assist me with dis..:)..

In our factory so many iron pillors are exists for supporting the shed/Hangar. If do more no of earthings at one piller instead of doing more earth pits in many locations and running earth strip around the hanger, I can save the money. Please suggest this method is acceptable as per Is specifications though the Earth resitance of the farthest piller is with in the limits as per IS specifications.
