Creepage distance is the shortest path between two
conducting parts of a circuit measured along the surface of
the insulator.

Above ans is correct but example wise in in substation the
distance between live part of insulator & the nearest
earthing point is called a creepage distance

they transformer oil leakeage to beather tank and top parts . they protection relayes was not operated.what is the oil leakeage problem.
