because in motor grader the engine is located
at the rear side of the vehicle and radiator
requires more energy to suck the air,
but we can easily release the hot air to the atmosphere.

radiator fan is there to cool the radiator and engine .if
it sucks air into ,engine will get hotter atleast not cool
down as the hotter air will pass through the engine and
other parts of engine's which is behind the radiator.
