waveform (signal) is the ratio of the RMS (Root Mean
Square) value to the average value (mathematical mean of
absolute values of all points on the waveform).
i.e.
Kf=RMS/AVERAGE

rectifier,the DC value equals the Average value.
Having given the RMS AC input,we can find the DC output
from the relation
