sorry about the earlier answer.
if the DG or xformers load was balanced when the neutral
failed than there would had been no impact, B cause the
summation current is zero but if it was loaded with a
unbalanced load than the phase voltage would be unbalanced
and cause damage to single phase equipment. the single phase
voltage can raise up to phase to phase voltage depending on
the load current.
