which thing is responsible for making petroleum?..

Answer / shikhar pachauri

there are two theory of petroleum origin
first inorganic theory belive petroleum is a result of
action of carbide and water on meteroids.this theory fails
next theory is organice theory which believes that when
trees plants and animals burried deep under sedimentary
rocks than action of temperture and pressure results in
formation of petroleum oil and gas.

which thing is responsible for making petroleum?..

Answer / mudassar hafeez (geologist)

Flora & Fana are responsilble for generation of petroleum in
source rock.Flora means ( Plants remains) & Fana means
(Animals remains).and these hydrocarbons are generated from
these organic material under specific temperature pressure
conditions.

Question 35 – A mixture consists of benzene (B), toluene (T) and xylene (X). At a temperature of 353 K, the data of vapor pressures : B : 754.12, T : 289.71, X : 91.19. Unit is mm Hg. The pressure P is 0.5 atm. The value of k for each substance is k = (vapor pressure) / P. (a) Calculate k for B, T and X. Let L / V = 0.65. (b) By using the equation V = F / [ (L / V) + 1 ], find the value of V when F = 100, then what is the value of L?

QUANTUM COMPUTING - EXAMPLE 32.3 : A system of linear congruences consists of 3 equations : X ≡ 1 (mod 3), X ≡ 3 (mod 5), X ≡ 4 (mod 6). X has positive values. (a) List the values of these equations from 1 to 35. Then find the minimum value of X. (b)(i) Find the least common multiple (LCM) of b = 3, 5 and 6 where X ≡ a (mod b). (ii) If b - a has the same value of all equations above, then X + (b - a) is divisible by LCM. Find the value of minimum value of X via LCM division.

The water is superheated steam at 440 degree Celsius and 17.32 megapascals. Estimate the enthalpy of the steam above. From the steam table for water at 440 degree Celsius, enthalpy of steam, h at 18 megapascals is 3103.7 kilojoules per kilogram and at 16 megapascal is 3062.8 kilojoules per kilogram. Assume that h = mP c where P is pressure; m and c are constants at fixed temperature with small differences in P.

A concentric, counter-current heat exchanger is used to cool lubricating oil. Water is used as the coolant. The mass flow rate of oil into the heat exchanger is 0.1 kg / s = FO. For oil, the inlet temperature TIO = 100 degree Celsius and the outlet temperature TOO = 55 degree Celsius. For water, the inlet temperature TIW = 35 degree Celsius and the outlet temperature TOW = 42 degree Celsius. What is the mass flow rate of water in kg / s, FW needed to maintain these operating conditions? Constant for heat capacity of oil is CO = 2131 J /(kg K) and for water is CW = 4178 J /(kg K). Use the equation (FO)(CO)(TIO – TOO) = (FW)(CW)(TOW – TIW).
