field only.but if current flows through vaccum both
magnetic & electrical field produce why ?

In vaccum circuit breaker having with accumulator
pressurised with Air & Vaccum.
So when you will connect supply observe magnetic effect
that;s way they are provie corona rings near the Vaccum
breakers to observe the magnetic effect.
